For the past few decades, scholars have been demonstrating that emotions drive how we work together. But it’s not just theory - leaders intuitively recognize the need for camaraderie and solidarity. Botnik lets leaders act on that insight easily.

Simply answering questions and occasionally perusing the timelines, empathy and transparency grow, building productivity. The resulting data and timelines are valuable, but you don’t have to use them to reap Botnik’s benefits.
